Life is a marathon, not a race. There are ups, downs and everything in-between. For this reason, sometimes we need to motivate one and other and nothing helps like some self-improvement encouragement. Without further due here are 10 tips to feeling good.

 

  1. Keep Going and don’t give up:

Like we said, life is a marathon, so keep on pushing. Remember that everything is temporary and if your going through a rough patch, remember that you will pull through. This one is a two part-er, but keep going AND seek clarity by staying on course. Stick to your guns and stick to yourself. A practical application for this might be sitting down one afternoon and writing down a list of goals. Start off with small goals that are easy to achieve (this will boost morale) then go for harder ones to keep you motivated.

  1. Trust Yourself:

Believe in your inner self and the resources which you already have. No matter where you go wrong, you will always grow from the experience. All the answers truly lie within ourselves in terms of how we treat our inner self. Don’t doubt and start to gradually trust who you are and be the best you, that YOU can be.

Recent studies show that getting outside for at least 20 minutes per day does not only boost positive mood, however, broadens your thinking and improves your memory. By going outside, you are bettering yourself each day.
